Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. The delivery options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options and prices

• Standard, 2-4 working days: £2.95. Sent with Evri or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Express, 1-2 working days: £4.95. Sent with Evri Express or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Greeting cards: from £2.
• Larger or heavier parcels: £4.95 to £7.95, shown at checkout.
• Free delivery: some products come with free delivery. It says so on the product page.
• Click & collect: free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from Sweets 'n' Things, The Maltings, Worle, Weston-super-Mare BS22 6JB. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Helium balloons

Helium-filled balloons can't be posted. If you choose helium inflation, your order is collection only and you'll pick a collection day and time when you order. Flat (uninflated) balloons can be delivered as normal. Please see our balloon care & guarantee.

When will my order be sent?

We pick, pack and check every order in our shop and hand it to the courier within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times are counted from when your parcel is sent. Once it's on its way you'll get tracking details by email or text.

Made-to-order items show their own delivery time on the product page.

Delays and problems

Couriers are occasionally delayed by weather, busy periods or local problems outside our control. If your parcel is late, damaged or hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll chase it for you.
