A fantastic experience! I had left it till very late to buy my son's birthday present (the Jellycat Sacha snow tiger) after having been left down by another supplier. Luckily Sweets 'n' Things saved the day. Chris kindly noticed my note on the purchase form and took great trouble to call me up to discuss the best way of getting it to me in time. He went out of his way and certainly more than the extra mile to provide an amazing service (such a rare thing to find nowadays) and I was very grateful. He is clearly a very nice, as well as a very dedicated, person. Our son will be delighted with the product, which arrived beautifully packaged and on time and is lovely!
