This application is a private internal tool used by Sweets 'n' Things to automate accounting data entry into QuickBooks Online.
The software is designed to transfer financial summary information from internal business systems into QuickBooks Online using the official Intuit API.
Internal Use Only
This application is developed and used solely by Sweets 'n' Things for internal operational purposes. It is not distributed publicly and is not intended for use by third parties.
Function of the Application
The integration performs the following functions:
• Reads internal financial summary reports
• Processes sales, VAT, and payment totals
• Creates accounting journal entries within QuickBooks Online
The application does not process or store customer personal information.
Use of QuickBooks API
This application connects to QuickBooks Online using secure OAuth authentication provided by Intuit Inc. and complies with the QuickBooks API terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
This software is provided “as is” for internal business use. Sweets 'n' Things accepts no liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this application.
Responsibility
Sweets 'n' Things is responsible for the operation, configuration, and use of this software within its own QuickBooks environment.
