Balloon care & our guarantee
Every balloon is filled in our Worle shop with pure, undiluted helium from an official UK helium supplier, and checked when it's inflated.
- Foil balloons often float for days or weeks. After about 48 hours it's normal for a foil to soften a little while still floating. That isn't a fault.
- Top tip: pop a drinking straw into the valve and gently blow in a little air. It'll look plump again and still float.
- Latex balloons float for 8-12 hours, or around 24 hours with Hi-Float.
- Something wrong? Send us a photo within 24 hours of collection (latex: within its float time) on WhatsApp 07365 001155 or info@sweetsnthings.co.uk. If it's a manufacturing fault, we'll replace it.
- Keep balloons out of direct sun and hot cars, away from heaters and sharp edges.
