The roadworks are finally gone!

After what felt like several decades (or at least a very long week), the High Street roadworks have finally disappeared. The cones are gone. The fences are gone. The mysterious hole-digging operation has ended.

Traffic can once again move at the normal Worle High Street speed — which is only slightly faster than before, but we'll take the win.

We've even marked the occasion with a slightly wobbly drone flight over the High Street and into the shop. Yes, the landing was more luck than skill, but it does give you a little peek at how things look from above.

With the road clear again, this weekend is the perfect excuse to pop in. And while you're here, don't forget that Mother's Day is just 8 days away. We've got cards, chocolates, balloons, gifts and lots of lovely bits ready in store. Save yourself the last-minute panic and get sorted early.
